Each of the voting precincts in Douglas County may have at least one
male and one female precinct committee person (PCP) for each major
political party. These "precinct persons," or PCPs, are the frontline
Party workers in the county. They are the voting members of the Central
Committee and the primary contacts for all registered Democrats in their
precincts.
Douglas County has many precincts without a Democratic
PCP. If you are interested in fulfilling this key function in your
precinct, or finding out more about what it entails, contact a member of
